Bahaoddin Ghasemzadeh who was arrested on charge of murder, when he was 16 is confronting with death penalty after Supreme Court’s confirmation.

A prisoner with the name of Bahaoddin Ghasemzadeh, who has committed murder on his juvenile, is now confronting with death penalty and likely to be executed, after reaching to legal age.

Bahaoddin Ghasemzadeh, the prisoner of Urmia prison, born in1992, was arrested in 2008 when he was 16 on charge of murder.

He has been sentenced to death by the branch 12 of Urmia court.

This sentence had been confirmed by supreme court last week and was announced to him yesterday.*
